Decorate a rock and follow it as it goes along its travels. It doesn’t matter how you decorate it or where you are located. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun!
To add your rock (or rocks), give it a name, add the website www.Roaming.Rocks (no .com at the end) to it, and set it free! Hopefully, the folks who find it will play along and share where it is. If you want the QR code to place on your rock so it’s easier for people to go to the website, I’ve added the jpg to the bottom of this page.
Start a new post with the category selection being New Rocks. I’ll create a new category specifically with the name of your rock.
If you make a video about how you made your rock or give a hint where you’ve hidden it, you can add the link to the video on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or wherever you posted it. Copy and paste the link in the URL section.
You can add up to 10 photos but please make sure it is a jpg, png or gif. iPhones create HEIC files and won’t be uploaded. You may need to take a screenshot of your photo and upload that instead of the original photos.
You may want to write out your post on another app or writing program. If you enter something wrong in the form (ie photo size), it automatically resets and deletes everything. I’m trying to figure out how to change this.
